Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall project execution and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Act as the senior management representative for project operations and EHS performance
Oversee daily field activities and coordinate between construction, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements
Implement and monitor EHS plans, permit-to-work systems, and safety procedures
Manage project resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Review and approve project execution plans, method statements, and risk assessments
Conduct progress review meetings and report project status to senior management and clients
Ensure timely resolution of site issues and technical challenges
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Oil & Gas industry
At least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EOR projects
Proven experience managing similar field operations and large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, and HSE systems
Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and JO safety procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver results effectively
Preferred:
Experience in major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait or GCC region
Strong background in multidisciplinary project execution (E&I, Mechanical, Civil)
Experience working with international clients and EPC contractors
