Production Manager - Interior Fitout
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage daily production activities in the joinery and fit-out workshop
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production timelines to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise factory staff, subcontractors, and site installation teams
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency
• Maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring operational readiness
• Prepare and manage production budgets, reports, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions swiftly
Candidate Profile :
• Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out production, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishes
• Proven track record in managing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning tools
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
