š Job Functions:
š¹ Installation, preparation and maintenance of computers, printers and IT equipment
š¹ Manage Windows, Servers, and Active Directory systems
š¹ Manage user accounts, passwords, email, and permissions
š¹ Monitoring and Maintenance of Networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and Network Devices
š¹ Install and update software and operating systems
š¹ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
š¹ Monitoring of Security, Antivirus, and Endpoint Protection Solutions
š¹ Support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and apps used in the company
š¹ Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards
š¹ Providing technical support to users in person and remotely
š¹ Support for fingerprint, time and departure systems, access control systems, surveillance cameras (CCTV), IP telephony systems
