Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and enhance the RIKAS Hospitality Group brand identity and presence.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
