Job Functions:
• Manage and grow the sales of the selected area and achieve the monthly targets.
• Perform all the tasks of the sales representative in the field, including visiting existing customers and attracting new customers.
• Opening new markets and increasing market share.
• Follow-up on collection and ensure adherence to payment deadlines.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, collection, and market movement.
• Follow up on customer needs and process their feedback.
• Implementing approved sales plans and achieving the required performance indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience in the field of sales, preferably in the food sector.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work in the field and manage the area efficiently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
