Call Center Agent
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Process customer orders and follow up until delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience using CRM systems (Freshworks or similar is an advantage).
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Transferable Residency (Article 18).
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
