We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader to assume full operational responsibility for our business unit in the automotive spare parts sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring the long-term sustainable growth of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Develop and implement the long-term sales strategy for the automotive spare parts market.
✅Oversee the commercial function, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and net profit targets.
✅Expand and develop the B2B client base.
✅Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit.
✅Manage and allocate department resources efficiently.
✅Identify operational weaknesses, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
✅Design and optimize internal processes, including employee interaction frameworks, motivation systems, and work standards.
✅Organize and coordinate the work of all departments within the unit (purchasing, logistics, warehouse, etc.).
✅Ensure operational management across all business directions.
✅Execute tasks and directives from senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
🔹Higher education degree.
🔹Proven experience in the automotive spare parts industry is mandatory.
🔹Extensive experience in the B2B segment (wholesale of automotive parts) in a senior leadership role is essential.
🔹Excellent strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
🔹Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹Proficiency in English and Russian at a C1 level or higher.
