Unifive World Tailoring & Embroidery LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate factory operations from order confirmation to delivery.
Responsibilities
• Prepare Job Orders and coordinate with the production team.
• Follow up on production, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Coordinate outsourced work with external factories.
• Handle purchasing when required and coordinate with fabric suppliers.
• Source new suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Delivery teams.
• Assist with merchandising and overall factory operations.
Requirements
• ✅ Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• ✅ 1–2 years of experience in garment manufacturing, uniforms, merchandising, factory operations, or production coordination
• ✅ Good communication and coordination skills
• ✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• ✅ Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
