KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Process monthly payroll for 500-900 staff accurately
– Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, end-of-service
– Maintain employee timesheets & data accuracy
– Calculate Projectwise Manpower costing & analytics
– Coordinate WPS registrations
– Prepare payroll/HR reports & coordinate with Finance
– Respond to employee queries
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related
– 3-5 years UAE payroll experience, preferably EPC/Oil & Gas (Mandatory)
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & processes
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Excellent skills
– Ability to work independently
