Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze Sales vs. Stock performance and support OPSI planning
– Create, release, and manage Purchase Orders
– Coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
– Manage import and trade documentation (LC, BL, CI, PL, COO, etc.)
– Monitor budgets, accruals, and payment processes
– Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, clearance teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with:
– Strong knowledge of logistics, imports, and trade documentation
– Experience in logistics planning and supply chain coordination
– Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills
– Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities
– SAP or other ERP system experience is an advantage
