Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – MEP Projects

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical installation works on construction sites.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, and specifications.
Plan and assign daily work activities to electricians and technicians.
Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable electrical codes.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure the availability of tools and
Requipment.
Conduct quality inspections and rectify any installation defects.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the worksite.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on work status.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in MEP construction projects.
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Familiarity with international electrical codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
