Requirements:
Valid Iqama (residency permit) with a validity of no less than one full year.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in managing restaurant, café, or retail store branches.
Proven track record in leading teams and achieving operational, financial, and KPI targets.
Comprehensive experience in branch operations management, including:
Daily operations
Customer service
Inventory management
Cost control
Sales growth
Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, and build a positive work environment focused on performance and results.
Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
Experience in preparing operational reports, analyzing performance, and taking necessary corrective actions.
Commitment to quality standards, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
Proficiency in using restaurant operational systems and Microsoft Office programs.
Willingness to work according to operational needs and relocate between branches when required.
