Head Cake Decorator
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the cake decoration team and uphold quality standards across all orders.
• Execute and maintain our design library with consistency across various cake styles, shapes, and sizes.
• Ensure every finished cake meets customer expectations and company quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior cake decorators.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to plan decoration schedules and maintain an efficient production flow.
• Drive creativity while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in cake decorating.
• Strong expertise in buttercream, fondant, piping, sculpting, and custom cake designs.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of celebration and custom cakes.
• Proven ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume production environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, recognizing that every cake represents our brand.
