Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all construction activities on site from start to handover
Plan, coordinate, and control project execution to meet time, cost, and quality targets
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and UAE/Abu Dhabi regulations
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, resources, manpower, and equipment utilization
Ensure site safety, quality standards, and environmental compliance
Review method statements, work programs, and construction schedules
Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges efficiently
Oversee inspections, approvals, and final project handover
Prepare and submit progress reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
6–8 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements and construction standards
Good leadership, coordination, and site management skills
Strong communication and reporting abilities
Immediate availability is mandatory
