Production Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Qualifications :
• Demonstrated experience in food production or food manufacturing management, with strong knowledge of kitchen or central production operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and other food safety and quality management systems.
• Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management in a production or kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage production schedules, plan workflows, and coordinate resources to meet demand.
• Experience with inventory control, basic supply chain practices, and cost-conscious resource planning.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially in identifying operational risks and process inefficiencies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and customer service teams.
• Proficiency in using production management or ERP software and basic MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working in Kuwait or the GCC region, and understanding of local food regulations, is an advantage.
