About the Role
AL KHAYALI TRADING is looking for a motivated and organized ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE to support our daily office operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with knowledge of Zoho applications will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office tasks.
• Maintain company records and organize documents.
• Work with Zoho applications (such as Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or Zoho CRM).
• Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist with basic HR and administrative activities.
• Schedule meetings and maintain office files.
• Support the smooth running of daily business operations.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Zoho applications is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
