Executive Secretary
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support.
• Maintain office systems, supplies, and a well-organized work environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Office Manager.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
