Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Plan and conduct internal HR audits and support external regulatory audits.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
• Support management with strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR audits.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
