Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist with Hair Transplant Privileges for their client in Dubai, UAE which is an international chain of premium dermatology, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and hair restoration centers renowned for delivering advanced surgical and non-surgical hair restoration solutions. We are looking for western trained Plastic Surgeons or Dermatologists holding a valid DHA license or DHA Eligibility Letter and who are eligible to independently perform hair transplant procedures in accordance with DHA regulations. Candidates must possess an accredited certifications in Hair Transplant / Hair Restoration Surgery from recognized organizations such as the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS), Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (FISHRS), or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification accepted by DHA. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of recent experience performing hair transplant procedures with a strong procedural logbook demonstrating consistent clinical practice.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hair and scalp evaluations, diagnosing various forms of alopecia, designing individualized hair restoration plans, and performing advanced hair transplant procedures using FUE, Sapphire FUE, Direct Hair Implantation (DHI), beard transplantation, eyebrow transplantation, hairline reconstruction, and corrective hair restoration procedures. Work closely with qualified Hair Transplant Technicians to ensure meticulous graft harvesting, preservation, implantation, and optimal graft survival while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and aesthetic outcomes. Provide detailed pre-operative consultations, informed consent discussions, post-operative follow-up, and long-term medical management of hair loss including pharmacological therapies, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Exosome Therapy, Mesotherapy, and other regenerative hair restoration treatments where clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate procedural documentation, comply with DHA regulations, infection prevention protocols, and clinical governance standards, while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the organization's hair restoration services through outstanding clinical results and patient satisfaction.
Salary : Aed 80,000 to 100,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
