Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained Aesthetic Consultant Dermatologist for their client in Dubai, UAE which is an international chain of premium dermatology, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and regenerative medicine centers providing advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation, laser dermatology, and skin health services. We are looking for Dermatologists with a valid DHA license or DHA Eligibility and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology within premium cosmetic clinics. Candidates must have extensive experience performing injectable aesthetic procedures and working with advanced energy-based technologies including Hollywood Spectra, Lutronic Genius RF Microneedling, Clarity II laser systems, Sofwave, and other modern laser and skin rejuvenation platforms.The Aesthetic Dermatologist will be responsible for performing comprehensive facial assessments and developing individualized aesthetic treatment plans utilizing evidence-based non-surgical procedures. Perform Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, biostimulators, PRP, Exosome Therapy, Mesotherapy, chemical peels, and advanced injectable procedures while ensuring natural-looking aesthetic outcomes. Perform laser treatments for pigmentation, melasma, acne, acne scars, rosacea, skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal, pore refinement, and laser hair bleaching using Hollywood Spectra technology. Perform skin tightening and collagen stimulation procedures using Lutronic Genius RF Microneedling, Sofwave ultrasound technology, MIRAPeel skin rejuvenation, and Clarity II laser treatments where clinically indicated. Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term maintenance plans while ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction. Maintain the highest standards of clinical governance, documentation, infection control, and ethical aesthetic practice while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the organization's aesthetic medicine division.
Salary : Aed 80,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
