Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or aluminium industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
