Job Functions:
Manage and supervise maintenance and operation projects.
Prepare project implementation plans and follow up on the progress of work according to schedules.
Lead the work teams and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
Monitoring performance indicators and ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Department.
Ensure compliance with contracts, technical specifications, quality and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing maintenance and operation projects.
Thorough knowledge of the systems and contracts of maintenance, operation and project management companies.
Experience in managing teams and supervising government or private projects.
High leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, and familiarity with project management systems is preferred.
