• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team in a high pressure environment.
• Proficiency in the latest pastry kitchen technologies and tools.
• Excellent planning organizational and financial management skills including inventory ordering and cost control.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• French or Italian would be a plus.
