Finance and Accounts Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses for management
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations VAT Corporate Tax and IFRS
• Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial record keeping
• Lead mentor and develop the finance and accounts team
• Support business decision-making with financial insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements :
• 8 to 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry (mandatory); experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
• CA ICWA CPA CMA or ACCA qualification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards VAT Corporate Tax and IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills
