Job Location : Al Ain, UAE
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science, Library Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school library (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience working in American Curriculum schools is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of library management systems, cataloguing, and digital resources.
• Ability to organize reading initiatives, book fairs, and literacy events.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible for ADEK Staff Eligibility under the current policy.
• Valid attested academic qualifications and experience certificates as required by ADEK.
Preferred :
• Experience managing both physical and digital library collections.
• Knowledge of children’s and young adult literature.
• Experience promoting reading programs and supporting classroom research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms.
