Urgent Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive (Building & Construction Materials)

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Strong network within the UAE construction industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
