Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to support business growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• 6–8 years of relevant restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
