HSE Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across all sites
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site teams
• Ensure correct use of PPE and safe handling of tools, machinery, and chemicals
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
• Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation in line with UAE regulations
• Coordinate with municipality and regulatory authorities on compliance requirements
• Promote a proactive safety culture across landscaping, logistics, and event teams
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification required
• 2 to 4 years of HSE experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or facilities management
• Sound knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and municipality requirements
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
