Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Implementation
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001.
• Review and approve quality documents such as ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) and procedures.
Audits & Inspections
• Perform ISO Lead Audits and regular site quality inspections.
• Verify material and workmanship compliance with project specifications.
Non-Conformance Management
• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Follow up and close out quality issues effectively.
Reporting & Support
• Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
• Provide QA guidance and training to project teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of QA experience in industrial, civil, or mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO requirements, construction processes, and quality control.
