Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards
• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members
• Conduct room inspections (check-outs, occupied & VIP rooms)
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requests
• Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, including 3 years as a Floor Supervisor in a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
