Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving new business acquisition and securing long-term service contracts across integrated facilities management, soft FM, cleaning, housekeeping, contract catering and related support services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business-growth strategies across the UAE.
Identify opportunities with government, semi-government and private-sector clients.
Build relationships with procurement heads, consultants, developers, facility managers and senior decision-makers.
Lead high-value tenders, RFPs and RFQs from opportunity qualification through contract award.
Coordinate technical proposals, commercial pricing, manpower plans and mobilisation models with Operations and Finance.
Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets.
Drive contract renewals, account expansion and cross-selling across multiple service lines.
Support the operational handover and mobilisation of newly awarded contracts.
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, conversion reports and management updates.
Monitor competitor activity and identify new sectors, partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
10+ years of Business Development or commercial experience in the UAE.
Direct exposure to integrated FM, soft FM, cleaning, housekeeping, support services or contract catering.
Proven experience leading complex, high-value tenders and commercial proposals.
Demonstrated success in securing multimillion-dirham contracts.
Strong understanding of pricing, costing, margins, SLAs and mobilisation requirements.
Established network among UAE procurement teams, consultants and senior decision-makers.
Experience leading bid, sales or commercial teams.
Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management capability.
UAE driving licence preferred.
