Certified Medical Coder
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate diagnosis and procedure coding.
• Monitor e-claims and e-prescriptions, resolving coding-related issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines.
• Manage claim denials and support revenue cycle improvement.
• Coordinate with clinical, billing, approvals, and insurance teams.
• Conduct coding audits and provide feedback/training to staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Medical or Allied Health field.
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Previous hospital coding/DRG experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance and claims processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
