Lead the company's HR strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership to shape organizational growth, strengthen company culture, and develop high-performing talent across a large-scale real estate business.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR and people strategies
ā¢ Partner with executive management on organizational development and transformation initiatives
ā¢ Lead large HR functions across multiple business units
ā¢ Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
ā¢ Build a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives
ā¢ Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations and HR best practices

āØ Candidate Profile
ā¢ Extensive executive-level HR leadership experience
ā¢ Proven background within a major UAE real estate developer or established property company
ā¢ Demonstrated success leading complex HR operations and organizational transformation
ā¢ Strong strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Arabic fluency is essential
ā¢ UAE Nationals are highly preferred
