Supply Chain Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management across multiple brands.
• Manage international freight operations (sea & air), shipping documentation, customs clearance, import/export compliance, and Incoterms.
• Conduct strategic supplier sourcing across China, the GCC, and Egypt, including supplier evaluation, price negotiations, and quality assurance.
• Drive demand planning, inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Utilize ERP and supply chain systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating contracts and commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards for storage and transportation.
• Monitor KPIs, perform cost analysis, and prepare management reports.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, customs delays, and market price fluctuations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams while collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, and Brand Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including perishables, cold chain, or F&B raw materials.
• Experience managing supply chain operations for multi-brand or multi-outlet businesses is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
