Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop detailed architectural technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and regulations.Educational Games
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Assist in site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technical Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
