Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and submit bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Undertake cost analysis for projects.Educational Games
• Assist in the procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project costs and progress.
• Manage variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide advice on contractual matters.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management software.Self-Help & Motivational
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS are advantageous.
