Job Position – Nursery Manager

Hiring an outstanding to lead our nursery with warmth, professionalism and vision. The successful candidate will be a nurturing, hands-on leader with a strong understanding of Early Years education, who is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child is known, every team member is valued, and every family feels connected.

Lead the nursery’s educational and operational functions, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, safeguarding, compliance, staff development, parent engagement and day-to-day operations. The role requires a leader who can combine strategic thinking with a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and continuous improvement.

For a proactive, compassionate and highly organised professional who can inspire their team, build strong relationships with families and maintain the highest standards across all areas of nursery life.

Requirements:
-CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent – essential
-Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field – preferred
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Early Years setting, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
-Strong knowledge of EYFS and developmentally appropriate Early Years practice
-Experience with UAE regulatory requirements, safeguarding, health and safety, licensing and inspections
-Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop Early Years educators and support staff
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Valid Paediatric First Aid certification
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and staff
-Experience interacting with regulatory authorities, including KHDA
-Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the well-being of every child
