Technical Manager (Civil / Architectural)
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years in a senior technical management role
• Government/Ministry project experience preferred
• Ministry of Electricity approval/registration (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM & Primavera P6
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the Technical Department and engineering teams
• Review & approve engineering designs and technical submittals
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements
• Lead value engineering and technical risk management
