Travel Consultant / Sales Agent
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Promote and sell holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services.
• Assist customers with travel enquiries and travel planning.
• Respond to enquiries through phone calls, chat platforms, and social media.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide support before, during, and after the customer’s travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and confident personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong interest in sales and customer satisfaction.
