🔹 Supervise and manage daily chauffeur operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
🔹 Monitor chauffeur schedules to ensure efficient coverage and timely service delivery.
🔹 Ensure all assigned pick-up and drop-off locations are completed accurately and on schedule.
🔹 Evaluate chauffeur performance, provide coaching and feedback, and maintain high service standards.
🔹 Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
🔹 Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
🔹 Collaborate with Customer Service, Fleet Management, and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
🔹 Drive operational excellence while supporting company objectives, service quality, and revenue growth.
🌟 Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or operational management role.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
🔹 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Ability to work in an office environment and conduct field visits when required.
🔹 Physically and mentally fit to perform the responsibilities of the role.
