Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Typical Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction and precast concrete projects.
Typical Experience:
• Around 8–12+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale precast or civil construction projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, manpower and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and safety.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved schedules.
