Medical Surgical Nurse
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Main Duties :
• Deliver direct nursing care to post-operative and general medical patients according to hospital clinical protocols.
• Assess patient vitals, track changing clinical conditions, and update electronic medical records with precision.
• Safely administer medications, intravenous therapies, and wound care treatments as ordered by attending physicians.
• Partner with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare staff to formulate and execute individualized care plans.
• Guide patients and their support networks through pre-discharge instructions, disease management, and treatment protocols.
• Adhere strictly to hospital infection control standards, safety codes, and emergency response guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) with valid Registered Nurse (RN) credentials in your home country.
• Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of continuous, recent experience working directly in a hospital Medical-Surgical Ward.
• Licensing: Active DHA License or a valid DHA Eligibility Letter is highly preferred.
• Domain Mastery: Solid proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment, clinical documentation, medication safety, and infection prevention.
• Core Aptitudes: Crisp interpersonal communication skills, strong composure during medical emergencies, and a collaborative team approach.
