Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

A leading Interior Design & Fit-Out Company
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project budget sheets.
Read and interpret AutoCAD and 3D drawings to generate accurate BOQs.
Prepare weekly project progress reports, project handling reports, technical submittals, progress payment reports, and final payment reports.
Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and coordinate procurement activities.
Monitor project progress on-site and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project teams with quantity take-offs, material tracking, and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in the Interior Design & Fit-Out industry is mandatory.
-Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project documentation.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
