Job Details :
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• A Master s degree or HR certification e g CIPD SHRM is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law immigration regulations and best HR practices
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures within the UAE construction market
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff including project managers site supervisors and laborers
