Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
• 10-15 years of experience in joinery production with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery carpentry finishes and related production processes
• Proven experience in managing large-scale joinery workshops and teams
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery shop drawings
• Strong organizational leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office ERP systems and production planning tools
