Quality Control Officer (Pest Control)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Primary Accountabilities :
• Audit field operations to enforce quality assurance guidelines and public health compliance across active service accounts.
• Compile, review, and enhance detailed IPM technical reports, site evaluations, and client recommendations.
• Execute field inspections to identify operational gaps and deploy immediate quality-corrective measures.
• Conduct internal staff training sessions to align service technicians with public health treatment codes and safety practices.
• Maintain digital inspection records, data logs, and performance metrics utilizing core Microsoft Office utilities.
Core Competencies & Skills :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• Technical Frameworks: Advanced understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, public health chemical treatments, and safety standards.
• Software Skills: Practical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for report preparation and data tracking.
• Interpersonal Traits: Clear technical reporting habits, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to team training.
