Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Quantity surveying for MEP projects
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• BOQ preparation and verification
• Subcontractor billing and payment certification
• Project cost monitoring and cost control
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate availability to join
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate at short notice
