1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 08+ years of total experience in Oil & Gas, EPC projects including 05+ years of GCC experience in similar position.
2. Experience in preparing site layouts, foundation drawings, structural details, grading plans and as-built drawings.
3. Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications and design documents accurately.
4. Familiarity with project documentation standards and drawing revision control.
5. Good coordination skills to work closely with engineers, site teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of drawings.
