š Requirements:
š¹ 8 years or more of experience in construction site management.
š¹ Experience in finishing works, heritage projects, or remote sites is a plus.
š¹ Proven track record of managing multiple building or zone sites within a compact supervisory structure.
š¹ Direct experience in dealing with consultants and client engineers.
š¹ Ability to prepare Method Statements and propose and defend alternative implementation methodologies.
š¹ Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tables of quantities (BOQs).
š¹ Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
š¹ NEBOSH or OSHA certification is preferred.
š¹ A valid Saudi driver's license, with a willingness to work on a rotational basis in remote locations.
š¹ Proficiency in Arabic (for field workforce management) and English (for dealing with consultants and technical documents).
