Head of Procurement
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Responsibilities :
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing operations, sourcing pipelines, and supply chain management across business units.
• Formulate and implement strategic procurement protocols to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost reductions.
• Lead complex commercial contract negotiations, terms structuring, and service level agreements with strategic vendors.
• Cultivate and preserve strong, long-term relationships with regional and international suppliers.
• Enforce institutional purchasing compliance, risk mitigation protocols, and operational best practices.
Qualifications & Competencies :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Professional Background: Senior-level procurement leadership experience with a focus on vendor management, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy within the hospitality sector.
• Core Capabilities: Mastery of strategic sourcing methodologies, supply chain management, risk mitigation, and executive vendor relations.
• Leadership Traits: Strong negotiation presence, team direction, operational organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
